Our Mission
The United Pan African Commission (UPAC) exists to develop strong leadership, advance political education, and create sustainable institutions that uplift the African Diaspora. We bring together Black men committed to discipline, responsibility, and organized power to drive meaningful change locally, nationally, and globally. Our mission is to unite and uplift the Six Regions.
